At Clownfish Games, we want you to love your new gear; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy mailer, ensuring all original tags and inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
